This production line is designed and developed based on our plate-production experience for many years. For the machine: -Can adopt specific screwsaccording todifferent products' requirements; -For the hauling-off machine, it has large power to haul off. -For the vacuum forming machine, it has special cooling system thus the cooling effect is better. -For the cutter, it has same speed as hauling-off machine. For the products: -This product can be 500-1000 wide, 20-40mm thick.-It has the advantages of wood and plastic, like good looking, smooth appearance. -It also has the advanges that wood does not have, for example, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, anti-moth-eaten, non-crack. -It can be cut, painted, connected, and fixed by nail or nuts. -It is widely used in home-decoration, like wall board, windowsill board, door board. It can also be used for packing and plates for logistics.
